Ordering on-line from Blue Lotus Products is a safe and secure process. We use 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layers) encryption on our website. This prevents any third party from intercepting any details (including credit card information) that you enter during your visit to our site. We will not disclose any of your personal details to a third party, unless required to do so by law.

The SSL encryption occurs during signing-in and also throughout the Checkout process. Your browser will indicate SSL encryption in its information section(s). In Internet Explorer, a padlock will appear just after the address bar at the top of the brower. Other brands of browser will display the SSL indication elsewhere. Also, our internet address will begin with "https://" instead of "http://".

We only store partial credit card numbers on our Database. Once payment has been processed, the other remaining digits are erased; Thereby eliminating the likelihood of credit card details falling into the wrong hands.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any statement contained in this document or our website. By placing an order with Blue Lotus Products, either through our website, over the telephone or by any other medium you are agreeing to these terms.

Purchasing your item(s)
You may place your order on-line or by phone (Our business hours are from 9.30am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday). 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, and Visa Delta.

Once you have placed your order and the payment has cleared you will receive a confirmation email which will have a link to the order screen.  The order screen will have a download link. Your download will consist of a PDF file. To view this file you will need an Adobe Acrobat Reader.  If you do not have this the software can be downloaded for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/reader.

The PDF file will consist of high quality designs as well as instructions for
use.  You may print as many as you wish for your own personal use. As all
printers vary in terms of the colours they print, the colours on your print out may look slightly different to the ones one your computer monitor.  Once you have made your article you may give the finished items as gifts. You may post photos of the items you have made on personal blogs and social networking sites eg facebook, twitter etc but must acknowledge   BlueLotusDesignStudio.co.uk when doing so.

The artwork is sourced from a number of companies including Blue Lotus Products Ltd.
  1) Please do not use the digital files, print outs or finished items for commercial purposes they are only for personal use.
  2) Please do not sell the print outs or items you have made pass the print outs to any one without having made them in to the item first pass / sell the digital files to others via electronic means eg. email, cd rom, usb stick, posting on websites.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not been downloaded.

Refunds
We are only able to offer a refund if a download has not been made. We will always try and help you if you have any difficulties. Please take advantage of the free samples on the website to ensure that you can successfully open and print the images.

Cookies
Cookies are used to enable you to take your shopping basket with you from page to page. If you do not have cookies enabled, you may find that you can only add one item to your basket which subsequently disappears
when you go to another section. If this happens, you will need to enable your cookies. To do this open Internet Explorer, click on 'Tools', then 'Internet options' and click on the 'Privacy' tab. Click the 'Default' button - the
slider bar should be set on 'medium' or lower. Click OK.
